Gamsat is conducted by ACER on behalf of several consortia of Universities.

Gamsat must be taken in September in the UK by candidates interested in being accepted as postgraduates into St George’s Hospital Medical School in London, into the University of Nottingham at Derby Medical School, into the University of Wales Swansea Medical School and into the Medical School at Keele University Staffordshire and as entrants into the Peninsular Medical and Dental Schools, Devon.

The first Gamsat UK was held in 2000. However, Gamsat Apast papers@ are not available. More than 4000 candidates sit for the UK version of GAMSAT each year.
